PROMANAGE CRM - TERMS OF USE

ProManage CRM, a Customer Relationship Management service, is provided to you or the entity you represent (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Your") by V7Lancers Technopark Private Limited (hereinafter "V7Lancers"), under the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") in addition to the V7Lancers General Terms of Service. Use of ProManage CRM signifies your acceptance of these Terms and the General Terms of Service. If You do not agree to these Terms, do not proceed or use ProManage CRM in any manner.

  1. Accessing ProManage CRM
  2. ProManage CRM is part of V7Lancers' suite of business and productivity applications. You will access ProManage CRM using your common V7Lancers account (hereinafter "V7Lancers Account"), which provides access to other V7Lancers services.

  3. Accessing Other V7Lancers Services
  4. Many V7Lancers services are integrated with ProManage CRM. Your V7Lancers Account will allow you to access all these services, even if they are not integrated with ProManage CRM. Use of specific services may require acceptance of additional service-specific terms (hereinafter "Service-Specific Terms"). You must read, understand, and accept the Service-Specific Terms before using the relevant services.

  5. Accessing Third-Party Applications Integrated with ProManage CRM
  6. Several third-party applications (hereinafter “Third-Party Applications”) are integrated with ProManage CRM, and V7Lancers may integrate more over time. Additionally, you can integrate any other Third-Party Application using ProManage CRM’s API, provided such an application allows integration. Access to and use of these Third-Party Applications may require acceptance of the respective third-party terms and privacy policies (hereinafter “Third-Party Terms”). You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the Third-Party Terms before using any Third-Party Application.

  7. Email Policy
  8. We promote the genuine and ethical use of email. If your email bounce rate exceeds a permissible range, your account may be restricted from sending further emails. You are required to comply with our Anti-Spam Policy when sending commercial emails through ProManage CRM. To ensure email deliverability and maintain our system’s integrity, emails sent via ProManage CRM will be monitored using automated tools. Violations of our terms may lead to the blocking of emails or termination of service.

  9. Mail Add-on for ProManage CRM
  10. The Mail Add-on in ProManage CRM allows you to view, compose, and send emails directly from your account. If the email configuration is set to "record level" or "complete," fetched emails may be visible to other users according to the permissions set by the administrator. Once the configuration is locked by the administrator, it cannot be altered without administrative permissions.

  11. Telephony Functionality
  12. If using telephony features within ProManage CRM, you agree that (i) additional information may be required for purchasing phone numbers, as per regulatory requirements; (ii) you are solely responsible for adhering to laws governing the use of telephony functionality in your jurisdiction; (iii) the telephony functionality is not designed to support emergency calls; and (iv) you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold V7Lancers harmless from any third-party claims related to the use of the telephony functionality.

  13. Usage Limits for ProManage CRM
  14. V7Lancers may define usage limits based on your chosen subscription plan. You must ensure your usage stays within these prescribed limits to avoid service interruptions. V7Lancers reserves the right to restrict activities if these limits are exceeded.

  15. Terms for Use of API
  16. Integrating ProManage CRM with Third-Party Applications using our API requires technical skills. You acknowledge that integration errors may lead to data loss or corruption, and you are responsible for employing technically skilled personnel. V7Lancers is not liable for any data loss caused by errors during integration. Additionally, you must not attempt to access any API functionality not documented, and V7Lancers will not be liable for consequences arising from such access.

  17. API Deprecation
  18. V7Lancers may discontinue a current version of the API at its discretion, either due to an upgrade or termination of the API. The deprecated version will be supported for six months following the deprecation announcement ("Deprecation Period"). During this period, V7Lancers will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain support for the deprecated version. However, V7Lancers may cease support within the Deprecation Period if required by law, in the event of a breach of these Terms, or if continuing support poses a security risk.

  19. API Deprecation
  20. V7Lancers may set usage limits for API calls, such as the number of requests per call, bandwidth usage, and call frequency. You are expected to adhere to these limits, and V7Lancers may restrict activities if usage exceeds the prescribed limits. API calls may fail or be only partially executed if limits are reached.

  21. Modification of Terms of Use
  22. V7Lancers reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use for ProManage CRM at any time. Modifications will become effective upon your continued use of ProManage CRM following the publication of such changes.
